Shipping Policy
Order Processing Times
Our goal is to get your order to you as soon as possible. All orders placed before 2:00pm EST. Tuesday to Sunday (excluding holidays) will be processed the same day. Orders placed outside of that time frame will be processed the next business day. We will notify you via email once your order has been shipped and provide you with a tracking number to easily track your order.
Shipping Locations
As we are a growing local company, we currently ship to only Canada region.
Shipping Costs
We have done our best to keep shipping rates as low as possible. All shipping costs are calculated and finalized at checkout. You can estimate shipping costs before checking out once all of your items have been added to your cart.
Cancelling Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order before it’s been shipped, contact us at sales@newmoondancewear.com. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order once it’s been shipped, however we are happy to treat is as a return once you receive the package.
Checking the Status of Your Order
Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If you are still having issues with your tracking number please contact us at sales@newmoondancewear.com.
